Today I had to Renew my DOT first time at this place. I was in and out I n 45 minutes the staff was nice the price is reasonable $55 the price is going up after a certain date in January to 75 but I would definitely be going back to this place… 
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR DOT MEDICAL CARD. I was there last week , I had the most pleasant experience with the Doctor and nurses. I was in and out within 35-40 min. It's not like other places where they make you wait at least 2 hrs plus another 2 to see the doctor. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK HEALTH QUEST 👍 
Made an appointment for allergy sensitive testing. When I arrived I find out they stopped doing that years ago. Wasted trip. Staff is very professional. They showed me a 5 minute video explaining their alternative medicine approach to treating allergies. It's accupunture with out needles they say.

This place is awesome. Great staff, very knowledgeable, quick and very detailed. Doctor was calm with me and my DOT exam went well. I highly recommend.

Came in for my DOT physical the fee was reasonable. The Doctor was knowledgeable will have you in and out.

Yes. Upon successful completion of the exam, you’ll receive a medical certificate the same day.
Please give us a call at 817.795.7200 and request a duplicate copy. Copies cost $15 and can be paid in person or over the phone. We will provide copies within 24 hours.
No, this is the responsibility of each respective driver.
In the rare event of a failed exam, you may be required to obtain a doctor’s clearance from your primary doctor or provide other documentation. Our medical examiner will address your specific case as needed.
Most patients are out in less than 20 minutes.

This varies from patient to patient. With no outstanding health issues, the maximum time that a certificate is valid is two years.
